Sweet Grass Edmonton Real Estate
The neighborhood of Sweet Grass is located in south west Edmonton. The neighborhood is situated between 119th Street and 111th Street, just south of 34th Avenue. The majority of the homes in Sweet Grass were built between 1970 and 1990, when over 90% of the homes in the neighborhood were built. The most common type of homes in the neighborhood are single-family homes, which account for 44% of the homes in Sweet Grass. Another 36% is comprised of row houses, and 19% is comprised of low-rise apartments. A total of 67% of the homes in Sweet Grass are owner-occupied. There are two schools in the neighborhood: Sweet Grass Elementary School, which operates under the Edmonton Public School System, and St. Teresa Catholic School, which operates under Edmonton Catholic School System.
