The neighbourhood of North Glenora is found in west Edmonton. According to the 2001 federal census, 5.4% of North Glenora homes were built before 1946. Most of North Glenora homes were built between 1945 and 1960 – a total of 86.3%. The remaining homes were built during the 1960s. According to the 2005 municipal census, the single-family dwelling is the most common in North Glenora, and make up 86% of all neighbourhood homes. Another 12% is made up of row houses and rented apartments, and 1% are duplexes. A total of 75% of all North Glenora homes are owner-occupied.
