The neighbourhood of Duggan is located in south Edmonton. The majority of homes in Duggan were built during the 1960s and 1970s, according to the 2001 federal census, when 67% of the homes in the neighbourhood were built. Another 7.1% of homes in Duggan were built during the 1980s. Another 15.9% were built in the late 1990s. Single-family homes are the most common type of home in Duggan, according to the 2005 municipal census, and make up a total of 61% of homes.
