The neighbourhood of Klarvatten is found in north Edmonton. Because of it’s north end location, Klarvatten is a prime location for those working at CFB Edmonton that choose to live off base, as the neighbourhood gives great access to CFB Edmonton. Construction on Klarvatten homes began in the late 1980s, while the majority were built during the 1990s.
