The neighbourhood of Canon Ridge is located in north east Edmonton. Only 17.4% of homes in Canon Ridge were built in the 1960s and 1970s. The majority of homes were built during the 1980s, when 78.2% of the neighbourhood homes were built. Low-rise apartment-style condominiums are the most common type of home in the neighbourhood, accounting for 39% of the neighbourhood homes.
