The neighbourhood of Allendale is found in south west Edmonton. According to the 2001 federal census, 9% of homes in Allendale were built before the end of the second World War. Between 1946 and 1960, 48.1% of homes in the neighbourhood were built, and between 1960-1979, 34.6% of homes were built.
