The neighbourhood of Matt Berry, named after aviator Arthur Massey “Matt” Berry, is found in north east Edmonton. The majority of the homes in Matt Berry were built after 1985, according to the 2001 federal census. 15.6% were built between 1986 and 1990, and 82.2% were built in the 1990s.
