The residential neighbourhood of Dovercourt is found in north west Edmonton. In 1913 the neighbourhood was annexed by the City of Edmonton, although construction didn’t begin until after the end of the second World War. A total of 79.3% of all Dovercourt homes were constructed between the end of World War II and the year 1960, according to the 2001 federal census.
