Cromdale Edmonton Real Estate
The neighbourhood of Cromdale is found in north east Edmonton, and overlooks the North Saskatchewan River Valley. About 10% of the neighbourhood dwellings were constructed prior to the end of World War II. The majority of the dwellings in Cromdale were constructed during the 1960s and 1970s – 66.6%, to be precise. 14.6% of dwellings were constructed after the year 1980. The most common type of dwelling in Cromdale are apartments and apartment-style condominiums. A total of 69% of Cromdale residences are rented, with the other 31% being owner-occupied. There is one school in the neighbourhood, Virginia Park Elementary School, which operates under the Edmonton Public School System.
